Cacao nibs are produced from the crushed whole cacao bean of the Cacao Tree, from which all chocolate is made. In South America cacao is known as the 'Food of the Gods'. Pure cacao contains no white sugar, milk, saturated fats or hydrogenated oils like most chocolate. Cacao is loaded with active anti-oxidants, live enzymes and a wide range of phytonutirents. Not many people can claim to have experienced 100% pure, unprocessed, natural chocolate! Cacao is extremely rich in:

Cacao is one of the best sources of anti-oxidants found in any food.
